RoofVault Terms of Use

By accessing or using RoofVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

RoofVault is owned and operated by The Roof Vault Inc, a nonprofit organization.

2. Educational Purpose Only

RoofVault is an educational and informational platform created to support learning, training, and study in roofing systems, materials, and certification preparation.

The Platform is not:

• A licensed engineering service
• A construction consulting service
• A code-compliance authority
• A substitute for professional judgment

3. No Professional Advice

All content provided through RoofVault is for general educational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

7. Certification & Exam Disclaimer

All exams, quizzes, and study materials provided by RoofVault are:

• Practice and simulation only
• Not official certification exams
• Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any certification authority

8. Intellectual Property & Content Use

RoofVault may display or reference materials derived from third-party sources. You agree:

• Not to reproduce, distribute, or commercialize Platform content
• That certain materials may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights

RoofVault makes no representation of ownership over third-party materials.

9. Platform Availability

RoofVault does not guarantee that the Platform will:

• Be uninterrupted
• Be error-free
• Always be available

Features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

10. Future Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Nonprofit Status

RoofVault is operated by The Roof Vault Inc, a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Platform is intended to support education, training, and knowledge access, and does not operate as a commercial professional service provider.
